Here at Uniting for Change, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2019, we have been determined to make an impact.

The core of our efforts is to build self-advocacy knowledge and strength of people in Georgia with developmental disabilities.

Uniting for Change is a statewide, grassroots network of self-advocates, allies, and supporters in Georgia that was founded in 2019 a through a grant from Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities. This network is committed to advocating, organizing, showing up and being heard. Uniting for Change members seek to share information, create opportunities and influence change.
Our Mission
Uniting Georgians and influencing change by speaking up and taking control of our lives.
Our Vision
Uniting for Change envisions a community where all people belong and are heard. A place where people are involved, speak out, make their own choices and are seen and treated as equal and true to their destiny.
